The Impatient Otter

This tribute to Marshall M. Fredericks in honor of his 90th birthday is a charming children's book about an otter named Otto that Marshall Fredericks sculpted to be one of four small animals for the Levi L. Barbour Memorial Fountain located at Belle Ilse Park in Detroit, Michigan. To everyone's surprise Otto can talk and entertains the Frederick's children for an afternoon.
