"Playdate" by Ja'Niya Howard

Ja'Niya Howard is a junior who currently attends Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy. "Juggler, Acrobat, and Lovesick Clown" created by Marshall Fredericks, heavily inspired her art where she made her own rendition of the infamous clowns. Similar to the subjects from the sculpture, the clowns she made each have unique aspects such as personalized faces. Using primary colors, colored pencils, and playful shapes in the background, she formed a fun and youthful composition.
