"A COVID Twist" by Siena Asiala

Siena Asiala is in her fourth year in the art concentration at Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy, with three of them in the 3-D classroom. During those years, Marshall Fredericks has been an inspiration. For her postcard, "A COVID Twist", she used watercolor and pen, which is a new medium for her. The design is based on Fredericks' "The Thinker" She wanted to add in a connection to COVID 19, while still keeping Fredericks' intent of a playful spin on Rodin's "Thinker" intact.
