"Bulldog Jovet (Toy Bulldog)" by Verity Hochstaetter

Verity Hochstaetter first expressed interest in photography at age seven when her second grade teacher offered an after-school club for elementary students. Learning about the use if light and rule of thirds allowed her to begin a hobby she pursued throughout the rest of her elementary years. Her pictures have taught others about the perspectives of children too often forgotten in a world of grown-ups. She believes in supporting the arts and her community in creative ways. Verity is a sixth grader at Montgomery Christian Academy in Montgomery, Texas.
