Biography:
Robert Cass was raised in Walled Lake, Michigan and currently lives in Waterford, Michigan. After high school he started work as a draftsman in the automotive field. Robert was then drafted into the Army. Upon returning from the Military, he attended Oakland Community College and continued his education at Wayne State University where he received his B.F.A. with a major in ceramics. Robert continued working as a draftsman and opened a home studio where he continues to work in clay.

Robert is represented by the Detroit Artist Market, Michigan Ceramic Arts Association, and Detroit Contemporary Gallery.
