Saginaw Art Jamboree: Holiday edition: 12pm - 5pm, Arbury fine Arts Building Atrium, Museum reception area and classroom

The event for local art vendors will take place at the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum (MFSM), Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU), 7400 Bay Rd., University Center, MI. Vendors can sell their art, demonstrate their techniques or both.

All types of art and/or craft vendors are welcomed. The 10/14 event will highlight Hispanic culture with art, crafts, and décor throughout the museum. We encourage all Hispanic-owned businesses and craft vendors to participate.

Terms and Conditions:
Vendors will be placed in the museum reception area and in the classroom adjacent to the museum galleries . Vendors may also be in the Sculpture Garden sidewalk spaces and/or SVSU Arbury Lobby depending on the weather and availability. Spaces can be requested by vendor but will be assigned by Museum staff. Each outside vendor will have approximately an 8’ by 8’ space. One 6’ table may be provided upon request.

Booth Fee is $25. The booth fee can be paid at the museum register the day of the event or ahead of time at: (LINK COMING SOON)

**Vendors may not sell any food products - factory-packaged or homemade - on the SVSU Campus. **
• No sales of soda or soft drinks are allowed, pre-packaged or otherwise.
• Traveling bake sales are not approved.
• Reports of violations can be made by a student, faculty, or staff member to the Conference Center at SVSU.

Affixing decorations, displays or promotional materials to walls, floors, windows, elevators, ceilings, or plants is strictly prohibited. Glitter, confetti, lit candles, and latex or helium balloons are not permitted.

Pop-up tents may not be staked into the ground. Weighted bags for tents are acceptable.

Parking and loading: Vendors can access the museum via the Fine Arts Drive cul-de-sac of the Arbury Fine Arts Building. Vehicles can be parked near the entrance to unload and then moved to J-lots. The museum has a hand cart or larger cart if needed for loading and unloading. Set up times begin at 10am – 12 noon and dismantle time is 5pm - 7pm. Any items/garbage left by the vendor will be subject to a cleaning fee.

In case of rain or inclement weather, all vendors scheduled to be outside will have space indoors within the Arbury Fine Arts Building, next to the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum.
